Dr. Claire Boehmer, DC
Dr. Claire grew up in Mason City, Iowa and received her bachelor’s degree in health and human physiology from the University of Iowa, along with a minor in chemistry and a certificate in entrepreneurial management. She continued her education at graduate school in Davenport, IA at Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating magna Cum laude.
Dr. Claire is trained in different adjusting techniques to better treat all individuals, including the Activator Method - a specific, gentle instrument used to adjust. She is certified in the Webster technique, allowing her to take care of pregnant women. Dr. Claire also enjoys working with athletes, being certified in Kinesiology Taping and extremity adjusting.
Dr. Claire is an avid Hawkeyes fan and loves all sports. Some of her favorite memories are spending Saturday afternoons watching football with her dad. She also enjoys traveling and being immersed in different cultures - Italy and Iceland were her favorites. Dr. Claire also enjoys reading and taking on new hobbies.
Dr. Claire enjoys being an advocate for her patients, no matter where they are in their health journey. She has a passion for children and families, knowing true health and wellness starts in childhood.
